Did Sasuke know Madara?

Sasuke knew about Madara, all along.
Sasuke knew more that you think, but he lived on one purpose.
It was because when Itachi killed all Uchiha, except him.
Sasuke was obsessed and filled about revenge, only.
He did said that he was not interested of anything else.
Only when Itachi told Sasuke about Madara purpose.
Including what the 4 Hokage told him,
now he is (again) obsessed to kill Madara & bijuu.

Since this thread is open im just gonna ask here. Itachi said that when Madara had awakened the EMS that a new distinct new visual jutsu was born... But what jutsu is born when EMS is awakened? i dont remember ever finding that out?

Im pretty knowledgable about Naruto, Im 23 and been watching for years(that dont mean I know everything obv) but i think that Sasuke had never even heard of Madara before 9-tails told him.. I just see more evidence pointing toward that.

Itachi told sasuke madara help him kill the clan in part 1..

I dont think he did in Part 1. Cuz in Part2 when Sasuke fought Itachi, Itachi had stated "so youve finally figured it out huh". He didnt know that it was Madara that helped atleast.

Well, in his speech to Sasuke Obito (when revealing the truth about Itachi) said history forgot about Madara. Also everyone (even the Uchiha) credited Hashirama for the creation of the Leaf, so they probably edited Madara from the historical accounts or just made him a foot note. He was only probably ever discussed when the Uchiha leadership started realizing how Tobirama pushed them out of the political system and realized Madara was right. They likely never discussed that in front of the kids though, so it's reasonable that Sasuke and his peers have never heard of Madara.
