Choji and Karui as far as i remember shared no panel time together, had pretty much zero interaction with each other, Yet kishi made them a thing.
So kishi doesn't really need to show intimacy between characters for them to have a child together.

You can't prove that they "had a kid together" but what you can prove is that Sarada DNA.
