I'm not sure myself but what do you guys think she realized? I think she realized she is suffering because Naruto is suffering for Sasuke's sake which means it shows she has feeling for him And it seems this whole time she didn't know Naruto liked her which I though she did know.

1. She realized a way to bring Tsunade to consciousness while she was talking with Sai about Naruto....DOUBTFUL.
