I mean... look at the piles of evidence? They say they are husband and wife... that they are married... BUT they have no pictures together (like Naruto and Hinata) and she didn't even know if Sasuke wore glasses and not... but Naruto did. That's probably why Sakura is having a hard time telling her daughter about Sasuke... because Sarada was probably a mistake... or know how crazy Sakura is about Sasuke... she probably took the condom that was in the garbage and poured all of the contents back into herself after Sasuke left XD.

No... but seriously. I mean... in Dragon Ball Z... Trunks was actually a mistake. When Future Trunks first met Goku he implied that the circumstances surrounding his birth was a just a brief fling between his parents because they were lonely.

Nah, according to manga Sasuke left while Sarada was small so he was at least there during the pregnancy and for a short time after she was born.
