She has grown up, in the sense that she doesn't want Sasuke all to herself anymore. Like she said Sasuke doesn't have to be with her or even love her back but she doesn't want him to go any further in his plans. She admits she's pathetic in still holding onto these feelings but most real life girls her age do that.
