What some people aren't thinking about was how cocky he was, so sure that he would win because of his experience. There's shit called "you done ****ed up if you don't think the odds are ever against you" that exist, and it's exist what Sasori tasted before he got rekted. It's 100% obvious that Sasori had so many advantages in the fight, but he was too over-confident, if flew over his head and he ****ed up bad.

Sasori thought that he was stronger than them - that is true. However, he was also detsroyed mentally at that point.

It's only a shame because it was Sakura defeating him. Sasori got countered though. Kankuro or Lee would've been cooler but Sakura might've been a good choice, as much as I dislike her. Still one of my favourite fights though. Enjoyed it!

- Emotions stopped him from killing his granny.
- They've prepared an antidote, which they wouldn't have if Kankuro didn't fought him.
- 2 versus 1

Scenario 1 - Chiyo or Sakura vs Sasori: Sasori wins
Scenario 2 - No antidote, Chiyo and Sakura vs Sasori: Depends on how fast poison works, but at least 1 of them dies

Why live in the past? Because you know the current Sakura is quite a good character and quite strong, you use your arguments on the fodder that was in part 1? She's made great development and is arguably top 30 in the manga.

That fight was as good as over. Sasori was beaten but he had the option to lash out one last time, he chose not to. That doesn't change the fact he wasn't beaten.

Sakura needed practically not time to adapt. Chiyo stated that she wasn't needed fairly quickly. She could have taken the Sandaime Kazekage puppet and the 100 puppets alone if she didn't share her antidote, separately, not at the same time obviously, not that Sasori showed he could do that.

I'm not disputing that the antidote is prep. Without it, she would die.

That fight was one of my fav and it got no.3 best fight in databook .plus ability wise No one other than sakura and tsunade can make an antidote for sasori poison soo yes she does "deserve" it.

None of them could have done it alone, but together they could.

Yes, yes, Sasori had his issues with his parents puppets so he couldn't counter the last attack, but he was defeated anyway, his psychological problems were a weakness well exploited by Granny Chiyo.

Current Sakura take his metal puppet ass anyway..
