Did Redemption kill the story?

first, i would like to begin this by saying i am NOT a sasuke fanboy... i barely like the dude half the time! BUT, as evil as he has been set 2 have been since he's gone rogue, what harm has he REALLY done?? there are only 4 major things he's done since he left the left village

1) Killing Itachi- but this alone should not make him a criminal since itachi's name was on the bingo books for EVERYONE to freely hunt him down
2) attack killer bee- sasuke's a ninja, bee's a ninja, thats what ninjas do..ATTACK EACH OTHER! granted bee is a jinchuriki 4 the cloud, and the only reason it was made a big deal was because he's the raikage's brother. how many ninja attacked naruto during the ENTIRE series?? he too is a jin!
3)attack on kage summit- now this may be unexcusable!...BUT sasuke did not attack the kage. he attacked danzo, and in turn had 2 defend himself from the other kage! now sasuke killing the "hokage" may be worthy of the title international criminal, but his crimes pale in comparision to what danzo did 2 the uchiha behind closed doors! sasuke was looking for retribution, and he got it!
4)his promised attack on the hidden leaf village- Well, that never happened. but on the contrary, he's currently fighting to save konoha, along with the ENTIRE HUMAN POPULOUS!

not really sure how u guys feel after reading all this, but in my eyes, sasuke is pretty ok in my book...still a jerk, but ok! =)

You're telling me you are on board with Obito:
*Attempting to destroy his village
*Attempting to kill his teacher/hokage
*Letting lose the Kyuubi on his own village, and being indirectly responsible for the death of his teacher and his teacher's wife
*Killed/manipulated the Mizukage
*Started an organization of terrorists
*Teamed up with a mad man [Kabuto]
*Started a war against the entire shinobi world
*Attempted to capture the only two remaining Jinchuriki so that he could enslave the entire world
*Resurrected the Ten Tails
*Became the Ten Tails Jinchuriki and attempted to kill everyone [again]

All of that and you're fine with Obito being forgiven without a worry in the world? A world where people are hunted down for doing something as trivial as running away from a village.

It's a manga, and Obito is a bad ass, so it doesn't really bother me.

I guess you could say that. It's the way characters were redempted. Obito was an immediate flip flop, along with Sasuke.

Sasuke helped revived the 10 tails which lead to many deaths.

True, logic and justice DOES demand his death, not disagreeing just playing devils advocate but then what about the good he could do? Doesnt his new path out weigh his past sins?

Under normal circumstances one could say that all these guys do not deserve redemption. The problem here is that you have to ask the question then of who has the right to punish them for their sins? Do the five Kage nations have that right? Hell no! They have committed even more heinous sins then these guys, what gives them the right to pass Judgement? Kiri had the bloody mist graduation exam, how can you make kids kill each other for graduation? Your own kids? Didn't Kumo and Iwa band together to destroy the Uzumaki clan? Didn't Kumo try to kidnap Kushina and steal the fox even though Hashirama gave em two bijuus? Didn't Konoha persecute, discriminate, and then ultimately destroy the Uchiha clan? Didn't Suna pay Akatsuki to do missions for them? Who is punishing them for their sins? And what about all the other miscallaneous killings all five villages are responsible for? This is the main problem in NV, and this is why redemption works in this world, because no one is innocent and therefore no one has a right to pass judgement. It's like how can they blame Akatsuki for using the power of the bijuu for war when they have been doing the same since the first war? How can they blame em for stealing bijuu when Kumo tried to do the same?
