yes it was the 4th, but since Orochimaru didn't know that 4th was already sealed, his attempt failed.

Wow people still don't think it was the 4th he tried to summon? Kabuto clearly states that Minato was the one Oro tried to summon. And to all of you people who are going to say "but he could've been talking about another time he tried to summon Minato!!!#@#!"...sigh, no. I've seen that reply in other threads. The manga page that Kabuto says that it CLEARLY shows two other coffins behind the Minato coffin, which OBVIOUSLY means it was during the battle between Sarutobi he tried to do that, not some random other time that wasn't even in the manga. Why would Kabuto be talking about some random time that wasn't ever shown in the manga?
