Since I'm pretty sure that even Kishimoto didn't know about her existence until he made the last minute asspull decision to have her show up and be another conspirator setting the machine in motion, I'm gonna say no.

Kaguya was first mentioned by madara around chapter 646, and BZ was watching madara and hashirama fight at the VoTE on chapter 626, kishimoto knew who kaguya was the moment he made the juubi, he just wanted to keep her a surprise.

What is your problem mate ? Just because Kabuto and Oro knew that Maddy's Sharingan would eventually evolve into Rinnegan, it doesn't mean that they knew about Kaguya. It was never stated that they did.

im pretty sure the rabbit that aten by one of orochimaru snake was not a coincidence beside hiw new power seemed to be away to negate the infinite tsukuyomi...his body is mostly made of white zetsu,he took his own chakra and knowlegde of kabuto meaning he might be able to use snake sage mode now (he can manupilate and give life to the environment like kabuto and kaguya with the snow)and he got his arms back ..im pretty sure he arleady vomit himself out of I T ...i laugh when people say that naruto and sasuke are stronger than him
