Did Orochimaru knew about Kaguya ?

I have this feeling that Orochimaru knew all of this, about Kaguya hagoromo etc. because let's be honest Orochimaru even said this :

He know Kimimaro would be OP, it was the body he desired the most, maybe he knew Kimimaro could awaken an even stronger power than he already had , did he try to create something like Kaguya ?

After Kimimaro died he went after Sasuke who had alot of potentional, awakening the rinnegan, Juubi eye etc.. Orochimaru knew all of it !​

What is your problem mate ? Just because Kabuto and Oro knew that Maddy's Sharingan would eventually evolve into Rinnegan, it doesn't mean that they knew about Kaguya. It was never stated that they did.

I believe Orochimaru kept some things in secret even from Kabuto. We don't know how complex his hypothesis was, but definitely every single thing he did was somehow connected to ancient powers of Kaguya, SO6P and stuff.
