Did Naruto take the Chuunin exam before he became Hokage?

Since Naruto became a Hokage, does it mean he took the Chuunin exam again? We all know he's still a Genin. Right? Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks!

it would be kinda disrespectful for them to make him take that. the fact is, in the war he showed all he needed to become a chuunin, jounin, and even a kage. he wouldn't even be able to show his skills in the exam as everyone would be inferior to him.

If ever he did that would be a special exam just for him with his opponents being Bee,Gaara,Tsunade,Oonoki,Ay,Mei and Kabuto.That would be the just gauge for him oh and shikamaru also for strategies against naruto,with all of that it would be a fair otherwise it's rape

No, he got a free pass yet again. The series ended the way it started.

-Fails academy graduation exam, Naruto is made Genin out of pity and favoritism.
-A young Kakashi (who could have easily ran for another 30 years as Hokage) steps down because Naruto was probably sulking/begging to be Hokage. Yet again, Naruto doesn't achieve anything on merit.

Since when do you need to be jounin to become Hokage?
Maybe you can even skip ranks like Chuunin and be promoted from Genin to Jounin.
Having the rank Sage already makes other ranks pale btw.

It could be cool if he went from Genin to Hokage.

Nope he wouldnt need to he saved the village and the world by himself proving himself worthy plus the village knows he has sage powers, ranking him up to a sage rank however, they didn't give him the sage headband due to the war interfering
