Did Naruto know?

In the chapter it seemed as though Naruto knew Obito's goal.
First he told Sasuke to wait towards the beginning.
Then on the last page he says that Obito wanted to be the jin of the juubi from the start.

All I know is Obito is a straight gangster for pulling that off. I was so sure it was over with for Obito, I even reread the page where he said "sensei" and thought "wow this is it for Obito".. then BOOM! Obito is the Juubi jinchuuriki. I hope he beats the shit out of Madara for trying to use him like that. Edo Madara vs Juubi Jin Obito would be too epic.

Well at the earliest possibility Naruto knew only since when Obito made the handsign, which was different from Nagato's ...... or he just put two and two together after observing the result and the anomaly and now stating it ......
