Did Madara Uchiha lie to Sasuke?

I think , that only thing that he lied to Sasuke is that he isnt responsible for 9tails attack on Konoha

This may sound like a far shot. But i think Madara implanted the Rinnegan from Nagato into Sasuke instead of itachi's eyes (or maybe in himself,
Maybe so he can get the Gedo Statue to synchronise with Sasuke
.
I know Sasuke said he could feel "Itachi's power flowing into him", but i'm not really convinced since how would he recognise Itachi when after all those years he couldn't see his brother for who he was, nor did he eventually follow Itachi "will" when he found out the "truth". Sasuke's gone blind, and in my opinion its for the better, Good riddance.
P.S So yeah Madara is controlling him.

He does need a pawn to allow them to use the Statue, and Madara says he's keen on Sasuke filling that role

Because of the Manga Chapter 508, where its said the Rinnegan are still in Nagato. My above statement is invaild =(
