Did madara have amatseru

I'm pretty sure Tobirama has said before that he's seen amatseru used before so he could of only possibly of either seen it from izuna or madara.

Also we know if your a indra transmigrant you specialize in lightning techniques as seen by sasuke and madaras storm release.

We seen ashura has a chakra avatar similar to naruto, point being transmigrants have same abilities so it stands right reasons indra transmigrants have the same eye abilities.

Just in advance for any of those who say hashi doesn't fit the pattern and your right, that's why I theorized he was tampered with to get his abilities.

Kagutsuchi is more like an explosion. I don't believe Tobirama was referring to Amaterasu in specific.

I think at the MS level there are some jutsu that are just inherent:

Amateratsu
Susanoo
Tsukuyomi
Izanagi
Iganami

I think all MS users have the capability of using any of these as most of the doujutsu I just mentioned have been seen used by multiple Uchiha.

I believe the abilities start to become unique and exclusive at the EMS level (with the exception of Kamui)

Madara- Perfect Susanoo

Had Itachi or Obito obtained EMS They would probably have some jutsu unique to them as well.

EMS doesn't add unique jutsu. Sasuke had Enton before EMS, because he used it vs Raikage.

Itachi implanted a one-shot Amaterasu in Sasuke, that would activate when he saw Tobi's Sharingan.
