[Theory] Did madara create Zetsu?

I wonder if at the end of the battle between madara and the first if madara went away and created zetsu. I am also wondering if Tobi is Madaras mind just implanted in a black zetsu and the madara we see out on the battlefield is madara true body just resurected with the Impure world resurection.
