Did Kishi Screw up? Tsuande's rule

Did Kishi screw up or?
or is there other implications to Tsunade's rule,

Sakura is Tsunade's student and she was fighting Sasori early on in the manga- However in this week's chapter, One of Tsunade's rule was that medical ninjas that are her student can not fight until they have mastered the Mitotic regeneration jutsu (reminds me of Milotic).

Which kind of contradicts because I don't think Sakura have mastered it yet, so what do you guys think did i misunderstand the rules?:sy:

I was under the impression that the jutsu was her own according to the last chapter, if not then she certainly forgot

Tsunade did say that she was the only one who had mastered it, so she must have forgotten abt sakura fighting sasori

^^ Remember the plot no jutsu? With it Sakura can even beat Naruto and Sasuke then go straigt on to overpower Madara.

No it was different. She wasn't just the medic ninja in that scenario and didn't have a team there to fight for her. She had to fight.

When Sakura was fighting Sasori she wasn't fighting alone. I'm assuming what Tsunade meant was medical ninjas can't fight in the front lines. Sakura was with Chiyo the entire time and to be honest it was really Chiyo fighting Sasori, not Sakura. She was there but she was solely in a back-up role.
