Just kidding. He probably didn't think of the weapons, and it's not like he could give them to Sasuke without him knowing. It was a different case than with his eyes.

Maybe the Edo Tensei wasn't Itachi's full abilitiy as shown via Orochi reviving the 3 Kages against Sarutobi
It could be that Kabuto (I believe he revived him) didn't have the necessary parts to make a full revival due to Sasuke having Itachi's eyes.
Remember Madara needed his original eyes as well and that Kabuto specially gathered the other DNA's that Madara had when he died like the Hashi cells.
