Agreed. Going to elaborate a little bit more below.

This is in regards to the Rinnegan never seen as being "activated" when used. They do look different, but Kishi makes it a point to show the Rinnegan.
Also, your argument crumbles on itself because you are saying why would Kishi completely skip the part of
showingthem being drawn in and that it's not something Kishi would do. Before I get to why it doesn't make any sense I just want to note:
1 - There is nothing Kishi would or wouldn't do.
2 - Kishi might not be showing it because this isn't Nagato/Pain. This is the freaking second coming of the So6P and he is just that fast.
3 - Why would Kishi then WASTE valuable space on a page showing something we already know Obito has with the Rinnegan?

I understand what you mean by the visible shudder but once again look at the last couple of pages of this chapter. Sasuke saves Naruto and correct me if I am wrong but it looks as though he is trying/goes/does grab him with Sussano's arm (page 18) and as IT IS DRAWN IN RIGHT UNDERNEATH Obito's Rinnegan, Sasuke and Naruto have this look on their faces' as if they don't know what's going on/in awe/something is happening to them.....and then finally their EYES are covered up and Obito has his hand directly over Sasuke's eyes and most of Naruto's face.
Am I saying it is 100% bansho tennin? No. I am just pointing out that your argument has a good amount of holes in it. Also, I am putting more emphasis on what is drawn/shown in the manga because that is really where your argument is/rests. Sooo:
1: Kishi has shown the Rinnegan being used while it is activating.
2: Naruto and Sasuke are already close to that part of Obito's body...why would Kishi have the last page of this recent chapter depicted like that? In the chapter before, we don't see Tobirama or Hashi making those faces that Naruto and Sasuke make, so clearly something is different.
3: And finally, why else would Kishi SHOW US Naruto and Sasuke - 2 of the fastest/quickest Shinobi's - making those faces and then directly after getting grabbed by Obito. What else is going to have that last page happen exactly the way it is drawn and played out other then Obito using bansho tennin to break through Sasuke's Susanno to grab him and Naruto while they are moving towards him?
1. Your evidence for this ignores context. Madara had Sharingan on, so it was necessary to show that he was switching to rinnegan. The rinnegan, if it is active, never changes when an ability is used. I would go as far to even say that the rinnegan doesn't use any moves. I am pretty sure that the rinnegan just gives you the ability to use what we call rinnegan abilities. Look at deva path, and nagato. When they use their magnetic force powers, their eyes don't do what let's say sharingan does when amaterasu is used. They just raise their hand, and the move is done. And then look at every other path when they use their abilities. Their eyes don't change, they just use the abilities. Rinnegan doesn't activate the abilities, rinnegan grants you the power to use those abilities. And, with that, Obito always has rinnegan activated. Showing the marks on the eyes goes against everything that has ever been seen in regards to the use of the rinnegan. The rinnegan doesn't change, or have any visible or audible activation... things. The ability is just used. This is true in every single case that we have seen it being used, and so it is logical to conclude that those marks are not indicating the rinnegan being used because nothing even remotely like that has ever indicated the rinnegan being used.
2 (In retrospect, this addresses 2 and 3). I don't have the answer to this, but this in and of itself is not evidence anyways. My guess is that both Naruto and Sasuke were in their own mental spheres at the moment of attack, and thus caught off guard. Naruto was clearly thinking about his lover, so I think it's plausible how he could be off guard. Yes, it appears that sasuke is taling to obito, but I'd actually suggest that he is more talking to himself. He knows that Obito is mindless right now, so he knows that telling him something will fly right over his head, and he says it anyway. I think sasuke was more saying it for himself, and he was in his mind thinking about cutting his ties with naruto, when out of nowhere he gets facepalmed. Also, there is the raw speed of juubito. He was able to hit minato, with just his feet. KCM Minato. Minato who could dodge raikage, got hit by this kick with even more speed and even higher senses, and the same Minato who was able to put that tag on bee's tentacle, with such great arm movement speed, wasn't even able to block. And that was just Juubito's feet. Juubito has some killer speed. Combined with Naruto and Sasuke being caught off guard, those could definitely be the faces of the 2 coming back to reality when they see 2 impossibly fast hands coming at them, and finally facepalming them.
3. I already addressed your question. A better question is why wouldn't Kishi depict them getting pulled in? Why would he just skip that step of the jutsu, which would have made it so clear that the jutsu was being used? Why would he make it unclear? What else is gonna happen is that juubito is so strong and fast that he can break through susanoo without bansho, and still grab both. Also, there is absolutely no clear depiction of them coming towards him.
Even more.

Do you notice something different? I'll post another pic of it.

There it is. Every time Bansh tenin is used, the victims feet come OFF the ground. In Naruto's example, when he is finally hit by the opposing force, his feet come flying forward, as it should be, because they would keep the momentum. The top part is met by force, the bottom part isn't, so it keeps flying forward.
Now look back at the situation we have here.

Now, the angle we have here is weird, and certain things are hard to say, but we can definitely conclude that their legs aren't flying forward, as they would if this was a hit after bansho tenin. His legs are actually on the same plane as his torso, which would be borderline impossible if it was the case that this was bansho tenin. It is hard to tell, but it even appears that their feet are still touching the ground. How would it be possible that their feet don't shoot forward? Well, tht would only be possible if the momentum of the feet was not moving forward, but instead having little or no momentum (Because we have seen that with shinra tensei the legs shoot forward as well) and then for the distance that the heads are hit to not be too far away from their original position. That would put them in the slant position that they currently appear to be in. Also, notice in the naruto example, when he is hit, there is also visible drastic effort to show that he is being lunged forward, shwon by all the marks under his ass.
All thos marks to show drastic movement? Where have we also seen this recently?
Oh yea, that's right. Look at the lower part of Juubito in the picture in question. Look at all those long, repeated lines, showing his movement. Pretty clear indication of movement. And also, look at the direction of the lines in the picture of sasuke's and naruto's eyes. They extend infinitely outwards, and they are cut off in the direction that the action is going. Look all the pictures I've shown. Look at all motion in the anime. The direction of the action is definitely towards those eyes, those eyes are not coming forward, something is approaching them. That's what those marks indicate.
I agree, it could possibly be Bansho. I'm not saying it's 100% movement. I'm just making a case for why it is movement. Also, there are a few holes in the Bansho theory as well.
