Did Itachi neg-diff God after he died?

too bad Itachi was suffering with disease:
Someone with god status as Hagoromo Ootsutsuki wouldn't even be fazed by disease as manga has shown. too bad Itachi wasn't one of them
The human limit was merciless even for Itachi, that why he died while Hagoromo died due to free choice and even then could return from after life to save world even if indirectly.
Hagoromo reached nirvana state, which only choosen ones could reach not even Itachi could hope to reach it

Nope that why he was tool until end as Kabuto could summon him and use it if not for shisui special genjutsu ability.
True gods/demi-gods/deites can not be used or summoned from death manga phax
It is opposite, they can unsummon anyone they want to and free them from curse.
