Not with what happened in the Last. Her speed obviously increased through the events that happened in the manga.

Anyway, Hinata in the War arc was catching up with Neji incidents such as: a single panel when Neji slipped up and Hinata covered up for him and when Hinata kept going on even when Neji burned out his dojutsu limit, kinda indicate that. But Neji is once is generation self taught type of prodigy and can never really be surpassed especially on skill basis.

128 is only anime but clearly Neji is superior in gentle fists he mastered it at an early age.

Flight at will is just a assumption.

So what does Hinata have over Neji, anyway? Twin Lions. On who has it worked so far? A Zetsu fodder clone. Deva Path was dodging that without a problem, and he doesn't even have any precognition, high speed or a renowned proficiency in taijutsu. Hinata still gets wrecked in close range, she was never shown to have beaten Neji in their little spars anyway (fillers don't count).
And please don't bring up the "Hamura chakra" argument, because you yourselves don't even know what it does, or whether it's even permanent.

I didn't say if the attcaked collided with her, but if the attack collided with Hamura-Chakra enhanced Twin Lion Fists.
That doesn't mean Hinata has not caught up.
No, Air Palm is compressed chakra that is released through the hand through the thrusting of the arm. So it is chakra and it can be absorbed through Twin Lion Fists.
I can't, as the only mention of this jutsu being able to absorb chakra is in the 4th databook.

They haven't even seen the film and yet they think Hinata got much stronger.
