Did Hamura equals to Hagoromo by only use Byakugan

So then Momoshiki,Kinshiki,Toneri dont exist.

Momoshiki and Kinshiki obviously exist, since they are featured in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, but I won't consider Toneri or the Tenseigan as having existed until they are acknowledged in some way by other official material. Besides, it's pretty obvious Kishimoto hadn't intended on Hamura having such an eye before the movie, and he was still portrayed as being equivalent to Hagoromo with only the Byakugan.
