Salah is good, especially when you make it constant in your day. Everyday can be a rush, and you might feel like you're overwhelmed, but the moment you let your forehead touch the ground, the world stops for you.

Do you know What Happens in Your Brain When You Meditate?

Using modern technology like fMRI scans, scientists have developed a more thorough understanding of what’s taking place in our brains when we meditate. The overall difference is that our brains stop processing information as actively as they normally would. We start to show a decrease in beta waves, which indicate that our brains are processing information, even after a single 20-minute meditation session if we’ve never tried it before.

hmm my granny taught me bout meditation when i was younger. its really good it relaxes your mind and body it fills you with hope and positive not only this also increase ur tolrence and helps in building confidence. its really effective against stress and tension anyway thats how i felt

also its really hard to concentrate in d begining bt after sometime it ll b an awesome experience....

is it OK to do this meditation thing all by yourself?? i mean without any professional help..??

i hear that if you don't do it right, then it might produce side effects that affect you both physically and mentally.

so im really undecided about trying this all by myself.
true man. dont try it without some proffesional help..

I used to do it regularly. Not as much anymore though. I should start again.

I do that before i sleep at times, when i can't sleep because of thoughts going uncontrollably from one to the other, in first 5 minutes or so it's pretty hard to focus but after that it becomes calmer and calmer till there's nothing to think about .
