Okay, this chapter was 100/10 for me, but it also felt force. Anyways, many people have come to the conclusion that Sasuke is still evil. But no. If people read this chapter then they must know Sasuke isn't evil.
Here, Sasuke says that he once desired destruction, but instead he now wants to restructure and rebuild the shinobi world by getting rid of the things that have caused the hatred. The tailed beasts will never be free. They are key to bringing destruction. This entire arc proved it.
Then there is the Gokage. The governing system especially causes chaos in this world. Do you believe there won't be another war once Naruto and Sasuke are gone? No, there will always be war because of this BS system.
It's like the Uchiha. They became CO-Founders of Konoha, but the Senju and others clan pushed them out, which caused their hatred to build throughout the generations. All other clans got to live happily ever after, but not the Uchiha. They basically got the crumbs of the pie.
Another example:
Nagato: The Hidden Rain was a warzone that cost his parents' life. And why? Because of war. And who was in control of the wars, including the last few? Gokage aka government conflict. And why? Take a look at the real world. It's all about power.
Sasuke is like Zaheer from Legend of Korra. He wants to end the cycle of hatred by flushing out the causes, which are the TBs and governing system.
