They got screwed by the oppressors. If it wasnt for the Uchiha, there wouldn't have been any villages. The Senju screwed them badly, when they should have gotten an equal slice of the pie. If this would have happened since day one before Madara became evil, everyone wouldn't be going through this mess. Now, Sasuke is doing what should've been done in the first place.
