Alot of us here have seen alot of animes watched alot of movies read alot of books and ect,Who do you think has the best character development it could be a character from a book movie anime cartoon or whatever and list your reasons why so others could take interest and decide to look at it as well.

Tiashe from 07 Ghost has a very good development. His whole history is shown and it is pretty interesting.

Walter White or Jesse Pinkman for television.
Nico Robin, Portgas D. Ace, or Sasuke for manga/anime
Young Justice characters, such as Aqualad, Robin, Kid Flash, Superboy, Miss Martian, or Zuko for animated TV series.
Buzz Lightyear for animated movies.
