*Appears in a flash of lightning* U_U so you've not done lightning before..I want you to give me a good explanation of what lightning is once you've done that I want you to dip your hands in the stream over there *points to stream* focus your lightning chakra in your hands,the water will help amplify it once you get the hang of it with that then we'll work on without the help of it.
Along those lines,but you need to remember lightning is hard to control and takes alot of chakra concentration even then we can't always control it U_U now draw your lightning chakra into your hands in the stream *points at stream*
