[Raiton] Detective L and Orochimaru investigates the power of Lightning.

[Lord Orochimaru]

Itachi forms the Ram handseal while molding Raiton chakra and then raises his Right hand up in the air while channeling raiton chakra in his hands. Then he manipulates it to create a sudden surge of electrical discharge like a lightning bolt from his hands that hits the incoming clone and poofs it into smoke.

Advantages: Fast, efficient. Can be used to electrocute opponent quickly with conjunction to a water attack by someone else.

Disadvantages: Isn't too flashy and can be easily blocked and the handseal makes it predictable. Requires right hand to be free.

Usage: As a defensive attack. And one to one duel. Can be used suddenly during close combat with swords or simply taijutsu.

Description: By Performing the ram hand seal the user will manipulate their chakra and they then raise their hand to the sky and an electrical discharge is triggered shocking the target.

"Now, for the next technique you require two large shuriken, or a Windmill Shuriken which are then charged with Lightning based chakra, and connected to them are elastic cable, which allows you to maintain both the Lightning current and control over them (guide them). Once the opponent is hit, they are paralyzed by the current (lasts one turn). use it against my clone."

[Lord Orochimaru]

Itachi takes out two large windmill shuriken connected with a n elastic cable and then channels lightning chakra into them making them glow blue, then he throws them and manipulates it's motion with the chakra and guides them to hit the incoming clone. The lightning paralyses the clone and the clone then pools.

Advantages: The shurikens can be guided and controlled, can distract an opponent in a fight. Paralyses opponent for one turn if touches.
Disadvantages: to be specific, no disadvantages other than the fact that it's not too powerful an attack.
Usage: Offensive, to distract or disturb an opponent in a fight. Best suited in NW chasing cases.

Description: The user will take out two large shuriken or Windmill Shuriken and channel their raiton chakra into them. They will then throw them at their target to pin them down and maintain a connection with the shuriken through a electrical cable that delivers a numbing shock to paralyse the target and restrict their movements.
Note: Numbing Effect lasts for one turn.

"Now, for the next technique, a simple one. Simply manipulate your Lightning based chakra, and release from your hands a purplish lightning. This can be used to hit the opponent back with quite some strength. However, the technique is merely for short range usage. Use it against my clone."
