Technically, yes. You should try and get your post up to one hundred (100) first, because as an academy student, you can only use E rank jutsu. Here, follow this, and it should tell you what the rank/post ratio is.

A lot of the Sensei are busy with there student, but you should be able to find one after you increase your post count.
