That would be a good match up. Keeping everything in perspective, mostly with regards to the Uchiha. The 4 clans might break even in terms of power, and it would come down to skill.
What I mean about perspective with the Uchiha is this.
The appearance of the sharingan is rare.

Also back when the Uchiha Clan was still alive, Itachi and Shisui were considered the strongest members. Presumably Fugaku was powerful too, since he was training Itachi all the time. But any contest wouldn't be the Uchiha clean sweeping their opponents with OP sharingan jutsus and ninja skills. Since most of the Uchiha who were OP were exceptions, not the rule.
I really think Madara and Izuna were the ones who carried the Uchiha Clan in their protracted struggles against the Senju. Lose one of both of them, and the clan falls apart.

Itachi and Shisui are all natural Uchiha with no outside power ups.
Sasuke took pills, gained a curse mark, had unknown forbidden jutsus used on him and took drugs to get stronger; to reach Itachi's level quicker.
Half of Obito's body is Hashi cells/white zetsu. So that augments his natural strength and effects of MS use.
Madara implanted himself with Hashi cells to and gained the rinnegan. Although Madara is in a special class of his own.
If we looked at exceptional Senju, you have Hashirama, Tobirama, Tsunade, Kinkaku and Ginkaku. All are expert combatants, but not enough is known to bolster their numbers in a fight.
Kimimaro is our only representative of the Kaguya clan, but he was said to be the most talented of his clan. If all Kaguya's have the KKG, then they'll be tough to kill/. The Kaguyas were reputed war mongers.
Representing the Hyuga you have Hiashi, Neji, Hinata, and Hanabi. Hanabi has no combat feats, but is said to be a prodigy, but not to Neji's extent. Hinata, Neji and Hiashi proved themselves expert combatants during the war. If the Hyuga fight with the Main Branch (the branch that is allowed to learn the secret jutsus of the clan), then it's a fight. If it's just the side branch, then it will probably be a stomp on the Hyuga.
