As i already told you, you can’t use F rank iado again. You can’t just say oh if I can’t use it lets say I use S rank lol. So that second technique doesn’t even happen tbh.

With my quick forward movement, I easily sensed my own blood (you) approaching me with speed, closing the gap before I can fully do what I want. Quickly changing up my initial idea slightly, I’d simply clap after channeling sound chakra into both hands. This would create a hindering sound wave (we aren’t deaf again, its been a turn) that instantly paralyzed you. This would cause you to stumble forward mid run as your entire body is frozen, preventing any movements as your body begins to fall towards me. Taking advantage of this, I would maneuver myself around to get out of the path of your sword, or rather where it was supposed to strike and simply push towards you at 3x speed to continue with my original plan of action. Ofc id make sure I didn’t run directly into your sword.

Ototon: Midasu no koe ) Sound Release: The voice of Midas
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user charges sound chakra into each of their hands and slams them together, creating a sound similar to two heavy golden cymbals crashing together. As the hands slam together, it releases a high pitched, high frequency sound wave, resonating in the enemies ear, and causing muscle paralysis upon hearing it. As the loud sound happens, it creates an echoing amongst the field, trapping any who hear it under paralysis, causing slight pain to them, causing their ear drums to bleed. Paralysis lasts one turn but the user cannot use any other sound techniques for 2 turns after using it.

Hayabusa Kobudo: Kumite) Hayabusa Martial Way: Fighting
Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: A
Range: N/A
Chakra Cost: 30 (-5 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: Kobudo Kumite refers to the free fighting style of Hayabusa Kobudo. Hayabusa hone their fighting style through the practice of kata (forms) and bunkai (application) which utilize the dantian and Neidan. Over the years, four essential kumite styles have come out of Hayabusa Kobudo that all Hayabusa must learn; Huquan, Shequan, Longquan, and Wuquan.

Huquan (Tiger Fist)

Hu Quan is the fundamental fighting form of Hayabusa Kobudo. The form is characterized as the most direct and offensive style of fighting. Hayabusa will use their lower dantian to draw physical essence from nothingness (Wuji) into their being. The essence drawn into the user’s being increases their physical speed, strength, and awareness allowing them to heightened feats of taijutsu. The user is able to perform taijutsu and other acrobatic movements at twice their normal speed as well as react to anything as long as it is within their range of sensory perception (five senses, taijin, etc). Alternatively, the user can move linearly three times their speed (chunin and above), however this level of movement cannot be maintained for longer than a single turn. As for their power, Hayabusa gain +20 to their taijutsu while using Huquan. The user can use Huquan fighting in successive turns depending on their rank which reflects their overall physical condition. Genin and chunin can only use Huquan for a single turn. Jounin and Head Ninja can maintain it for 2 successive turns. Dragon Ninja are able to maintain it for 3 turns at a time and Masters 4 turns. The drawback to Huquan is that, the user can only use lower dantian based techniques and non-elemental techniques while they are using this form. If used for more than two successive turns, the user becomes unable to use any lower dantian techniques for the number of turns over 2 they utilize this style. For those who are limited to two turns and below, they require a single turn cool down before re-use. Haquan can be used twice for genin - jounin, thrice for Head and Dragon Ninja, and four times for master ninja.

Note: Only one form at a time can be utilized.
Note: Members are capable of submitting their own Hayabusa Kobudo techniques after having completed all three forms from this technique

Rīfu Oshitsubusu Bōfū) Leaf Crushing Storm
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 60 +20
Description: The user strikes the enemy with a powerful knee to the stomach, causing them to double over and he finishes with a strong elbow from the alternating arm to the back of the head. If successful, it will render the target unconscious for 2 turns.

Now I REALLY think you're starting to do this on purpose. The reason why I wasn't sure if I could use the F-ranked version of Iaido again is because shady left the site without clearing it up, and since I didn't know I said if it wasn't possible then assume the S rank version is used instead. You keep trying to slip moves in between my techniques that happen in the SAME timeframe man and it's starting to irk me a bit, to be honest.

Moving Zen allows me to cover a certain amount of distance prior to or during the use of Iaidō. I specifically said that I maintained striking distance with you as you ran and struck you down. I didn't wait for you to stop.

The timeframe is Hayabusa Martial Way > Moving Zen/Iaido. You respond as if you can make it Hayabusa Martial Way > Moving Zen > Voice of Midas > Iaido, which it isn't. You using Voice of midas before my Iaido is a breach of timeframe, and in the case that it's not (idk how), then even if Stumble I'd argue that you'd still be slashed

First turn:

Venom uses a basic lightning attack at Aj. In response, AJ dispels the attack with his Comman arts then begins to close the distance as he extends the blade of his sword with chakra to pierce through Venom’s heart.

Second Turn:

In response to the incoming chakra blade, Venom takes off his leg weights and dodges the attack. While he does this he tries to cover up his movements with the mist and follows up with a wind technique. Aj follows up by using a Yakuza pill to enhance his body then follows up by releasing a chakra slash that conveniently also takes down the wind attack. He laters follows up by trying to use another pill.

Third turn:

Venom responds to the chakra slash but sends an earth dragon at the attack and tries to use an elixir. Unfortunately, for venom his attack is not strong so he takes some damage from the attack and is weakened according to health rules. Later, Aj propels himself at venom, drops a smoke-flash bomb in the process and tries to slice venom in half.

Fourth turn:
Venom disappears from this plane of existence still sorta blinded then comes back and uses voice midas and follows up with edo tensei. Aj responds by logically doing an omnidirectional attack since he doesn’t know where venom is.

Fifth turn:

Venom responds by using a Steel-ball run to absorb the incoming attack and send it back at aj. He follows up with a sound jutsu then a medical technique. Aj responds by activating a technique to increase his speed then appear behind venom and slice him.

Sixth turn:

Venom responds by increasing his speed and utilizing it in combination with a taijutsu and sound technique. This move in itself is wild but it doesn’t work so we are not gonna dwell on that. Since venom can’t see aj he will take slash to the back. Aj follows up with another smoke bomb and a slash

Seventh turn:

Venom responds by turning his head and moving away from aj to follow up with a strike. Now, this entire move fails for several reasons and I have no idea why Shady said it didn’t. But let’s ignore that for now and move forward. Aj responds by increasing his speed and attempting to slice venom from behind.

Eighth turn: Venoms responds with a clap and tries to advance forward and strike Aj down.

The issues:

Now in this final move, Venom is actually right. He would be able to use the voice of midas as Aj is progressing towards him. Venom is right in the sense that Aj can’t just say “If I can't use this rank then I use another” so that part of Aj move doesn’t happen, so we can assume Aj just speeds forth at venom. So would Venom just be hit with a freeform strike then? Possibly, but it doesn’t matter. Let’s just say Venom's move goes through and Aj is paralyzed and takes the strike from the kick given if he can’t counter, but since this is the final check we won’t know.

Now, since this is the final check. I am going to have to declare a winner here. First of all, since the last move was not a life or death move I’m basing this check on the fight overall. Venom has taken a lot of damage in this fight. More importantly, in the seventh turn his move does not work. One, Aj does the smoke bomb and slash at the same time. Now, Venom would not be able to just avoid the smoke bomb like this but even then Venom broke the time frame here and would not be able to dodge the slash in time if the bomb has already exploded since they happen at the same time. So I believe Venom would get struck here despite what shady said, and even if this was not the case Venom has taken way more damage and was outperformed by Aj multiple times. Aj wins.

Venom moves go through and Aj loses.
