Nagto is the user or summomer of the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, the same statue the was used to seal the tailed-beast... Wat happens to the statue now that his dead? jutsus, summonings disapear wen the user dies right? Wat u guys thing?

Its a summon so it doesn't disappear/die as long as the scroll (Or what ever is used) that holds the contract is still intact.

If thats destroyed then the statue will no long be appear when some dumbass trys to summon it, It'll simply stay where its stored. (Be that another dimension or Akatsuki's garden shed)

Maybe statues don't follow the same law. I also don't think Nagato used a contract since I can't imagine where he'd get it unless he made one.

Yhea, they also teached nagato statue mode that its like sage mode but he couldnt use it vs naruto because he forgot 2 use it

It seems like he needed to gather statue charka to enter statue mode, but he couldnt as his summone was located at akatsuki premises that time.
He also forgot to Leave his clone in StatueKyzan ;/

Well the statue is still there it's just not operable I guess. Everything is still sealed within the statue but as Madara said they need someone else to be in sync with it so they can continue with their plans.

Yeah, if the statue containing the bijuu disappeared permanently if the user died then I'd question why Madara let Pain outside at all.

Well I guess officially Pain had never been defeated before, which Madara acknowledged, and he was recognized as the AL so he was a powerhouse. Jiraiya pretty much interfered before he left so that intervention started a chain of events that pretty much saved Naruto and Konoha's butt. So really everything would've have still went according to plan had Jiraiya not stepped in. I guess also Madara didn't realize that the host that Pain was sent after was also the main character

but was pain idea of a great jutsu or power to destroy was really his plan or madaras? wats gonna happened to the tailed beast inside the statue, because his the only one thats the owner of the statue. u didnt the tail- beast will return the owners as a happy ended Wat u guys think?

I'm sure Madara has some way to open that thing unless it requires the Rinnegan. He's still hunting the 8-tails, and if the statue is not functional, I fail to see the purpose. This is a good question though.
