They both are bad to be honest.U_UDemocracy, obviously. It has it's flaws, sure, and some of them can and should be corrected. Of course, this process would be long. You don't expect to wake up and a problem with our system is solved.
But communism? It is the flaw itself. It leads to stagnation of society. Without any kind of incentive, we would have much less people working hard to develop something new. We're humans, and that's our nature.
Not to mention that the lack of any government or complex "organization" leads to chaos.

Not actually. Democracy allows a stable society and at the same time allows development, either scientific or financial. It's flaws are mostly related to corruption or economical issues, that can be solved with time, and a lot of work.
Communism, on the other hand, has flaws that would require an entire "change of heart" of society. People would have to change their nature completelly for it to work as it is wanted.
Democracy is a better choice.
