I just want to see who people would pick I think i would pick Deidara but its hard to decide because they are both long range fighters

Current tenten doesn't have anything to counter c3,c4, or c0 anyways. Not even the banana fan will be able to help her against his techniques because it takes too much chakra.

No Deidara would still win since Tenten does not have the ability to sense/see the nano bombs.

OT: Deidara low difficulty. He is pretty fast in the air so he should be able to dodge Tenten's attacks. C4, C0, C3 and maybe even C2 should be restricted but even than, Deidara stomps.

Clone diversions could free up pressure on Deidara and screw Tenten over by making her waste chakra on a clone. Tenten hasn't shown us any good speed feats that show her capable of dodging constant massive stream of explosions.

I don't really know what the range of Tenten's banana fan's attack is but what you are saying is like me saying Temari beats someone like Deidara because of her wide area of effects which is totally wrong.
