I'm not talking about her fan, if Temari had lightning nature instead of wind and could do the same thing she would win too.

Not really because even with lightning nature, Temari/Tenten would still be weaker than part 1 Kakashi or Darui IMO and both part 1 Kakashi and Darui would lose to Deidara. Just because you have an elemental advantage against someone else doesn't guarantee you a victory if you are a lot weaker than that said opponent. Remember how wood is supposed to be weak against lightning but I doubt there is a lightning release user that can beat Hashirama since he outclasses any of them.

Remember how Sasuke struggled against Deidara in spite of his advantages? He also outclasses those that I listed above.
