dude squid bomb released at the right time would burst the water dome, he can't absorb everything in it that fast he has to be close to it. And it is also activated by deidara so he would activate it at the right place and at the right time. Water dome is not unbreakable dude squid bomb can be released from quite a distance and still break it due to the sheer pressure from the looks of it. once he is out of the water dome he can easily be targeted by c4

you are half right yes the water dome wont suck up all of it but enough to make the explosion a lot weaker to like c1 or maybe c2 level and kisame can move fast enough to get away from the squid and could leave the dome
im saying the squid can leave the dome the last words might sound confusing

Deidara wud win 4 d following reasons
1. Air advantage- Deidara cud stay in d air on 1 of his birds while throwing explosives frm above n Land mines frm d ground. And by d way Kisame's Water Shockwave Technique has a height limit.
2. C4- Kisame can't absorb all d little particles of C4. He doesn't even hav a Doujutsu.
3. Long vs Close range ninja- A close range ninja always losses 2 a long range user. Dis is seen in d Anime where Neji tells Konohamaru's group a story bout d chunnin exam. Deidara cud just keep his distance while attacking Kisame with long range attacks.
4. Evasive Abilities- Deidara is definitely better at dodging attacks frm Kisame than vice-versa. He cud about dodge all of Kisame's attacks like against Gaara.
5. Elemental Affinities- Deidara uses Earth{Dis was ststed when he fought against Sasuke} wheras Kisame uses Water. Last time I checked Earth>Water

No, it cant. Kisame can only absorb chakra by using:
1. Samehada - which will be useless becuase Deidara dont have to detonate squid bomb close to Kisame.
2. Great Shark Bullet Technique - which also will be useless, becuase Deidara can detonate squid bomb before Shark Bullet conects with it. After that Shark Bullet is useless, becuase it cant absorb pure physical forces like Gai Afternoon Tiger or explosions.
