Huh? I think I made it clear with the last sentence of my previus post. Deidara would win, most likely. Deidara would be able to fly away, and then Darui is finished.

deidara vs gaara
deidara vs naruto and kakashi
deidara vs onoki (didnt really fight and he was in the air already)
ambush sauad fight

it took a while but eventually sasuke vs deidara but i dont think even on the ground for that long darui can finish him

so yea this supports your argument
