Lightning is an electric discharge that comes from the clouds. It is weak against wind and strong against earth. 2 jutsus are Lightning Shadow Clone(cant remember who used it) and I think Raikage used lightning as an armor

Kakashi used that jutsu. But it's clone. Well seat down on that rock and focus your lightning chakra through your whole body.

Get up you lil magget. Now walk over to the lake and put your hands on the lake. Concentrate your lightning chakra and make 5 small fish float to the top.

Now do it again with more lightning to make a huge fish float to the top
