Since it's a lightning shadow clone, it can do everything a regular shadow clone can do- jutsus, interact with the environment, etc,
If you hit it, it would return to its natural lightning state and electrocute you.

Good answer. O_O I actually haven't thought of using this jutsu recently. Works better than the regular Kage Bunshins.

The clone has a physical substance and therefor is able to use ninjutsu and taijutsu techniques as well as he has all the normal moves the user has.

For the next one...we'll be learning a pretty famous jutsu...
First start by concentrating all your Raiton Chakra into your hand. Feed enough into the center of your hand...enough to become a crackling ball of energy. Then proceed to run as quick as you can to the rock next to you and slam your result upon it.
It might be a little hard to get hang out of this jutsu first...so do it several times...

Try to focus again and remember that speed plays a vital part of this jutsu. It also hits at short range too. -creates several clones- I want you to try hitting all of them at once while controlling your speed and range.

(Raiton: Chidori) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds

Description: A lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.

Now, using the same concept you used to create a chidori, generate it from your body this time.
So, now take this sword. -gives you my LianGian (approved sword in my bio O_O) and then proceed to stab my clone with it. When you do, begin sending your Raiton chakra through the sword to shock him.

(Do you remember this scene during the Sasuke rescue with Yamato and his team? You'll be replaying this scene except you're Sasuke. O_O Have fun.)

(Raiton: Chidori Nagashi) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from their body. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.

Now, for this next jutsu, begin by performing these handseals and then touching the ground with your hands. Once you do so, immediately begin sending chakra through your hands to the ground to cause an enormous bolt of lighting to shoot through the ground towards my clone. (Remember how Lightning is strong against the Earth)
The shape of this bolt is triangular with the tip headed towards the target. Remember to add a lot of chakra to this move as it is very destructive and literally tears up the ground.
This is a filler Naruto episode jutsu, I believe.

A good move to use after this would be to use would be giant water vortex, so that your opponent is covered in water. Even if you miss with the lightning there is a chance of the lightning hitting the water and electrocuting them.

Yes, in my opinion, this is a really OPed move...especially if you've seen it before in the anime...or was it movie? Wait, I believe it's anime.

(Raiton: Ikazuchi Hakai) – Lightning Release: Lightning Destruction

Description: After performing a small sequence of hand seals the user will place their hand on the ground converting their chakra in to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of electricity that cuts through the ground in the direction of the enemy. The shape of the bolt is a triangular with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

For this next move, proceed to create a chidori in hand. Once you have gotten control of this, release chakra control of it, causing the chidori to become thousands of needles. Then, take control of the needles, directing and aiming towards my wooden dummy. :O -creates wooden clone-
Remember, these are smaller amounts of Raiton Chakra, so they should travel fairly fast.

Although it’s not stated, this technique probably takes on Chidori's characteristics such as its ability to cut through almost anything and numb parts of the body.

Nicely done. You're now almost done with Lightning.
For this next jutsu, concentrate lightning chakra into your hand. Build it up until you feel the pressure, and then throw it in the air towards my clone, causing it to explode and create a huge explosion as it does so.
