Tobirama is the exact same as Minato, why would Tobirama need favourable conditions and Minato not? Either way, Deidara is capable of beating both of them, and probably would more times then not. Both C3 and C4 have no answers from the two. As for Ei and the 3rd, its more like Deidara would need favourable conditions to beat them. Perhpas if he starts several kilometers away on his bird he can win, but even then, the only problem would be C3, and I don't see why they just can't cut the bomb to make it a dud. Also Darui has everything he needs to take out Deidara, I would say he beats him as well.

THird raikage is unfazed by C3 so that is non factor, and if they have intel then their raitons negate deidaras bombs completely

if they are close to dieidara then he just gets blitzed

Tsunade, and Darui do have lightning element, he is not defeating them. lol
Darui even as a jonin defeated Kin/Gin, the same two who defeated Tobirama.

C4 is useless because of the lightening element even if it landed. Lol
and since she has MUCH more chakra than him, she will get him eventually. It's not as if that impossible anyway
even Sai speedblitzed him.
