Raikage's - Hardly worth mentioning not only is this a bad matchup Deidara just plain out right shits INB4 ration > Doton none of the raikage can use ration as a projectile except darui C3 can end 1st 2nd 3rd & 4th raikage. And no the 3rd didnt tank a tbb rasenshuriken knocked his armor off and it has no power compared to this.

Mizukage's Deidara can solo all them at the same time thats how pathetic they are The 2nd Illusion Aoe is bypass through flight same with mei's mist C3 ends this aswell.

Kazekage's only one that is something is Gaara in this already happened in canon his dad adds nothing new to his arsenal same with the 3rd and C4 rapes.

Tsuchikage's - Onoki is easily defeated Deidara is shown to be much faster than him also jinton is to straight forward so making it much easier to dodge while Deidara bombs are guided onoki dies a horrible death. Muu everything the same but he isnt landing a jinton to slow for a charge deidara dodges then nukes.

Hokage's Tsunade - No disscussion needed, sharinganless kakashi no discussion needed, Tobirama - Large Bombs bypass the ftg Aoe such as C3 GFK is outright useless with flight. Minato - C2 dragon Bombs Bunta if he jumps the same applies to him with everything else. Hiruzen - C3 gg

Anyways I'm a little rusty can you even sense clones? Deidara still has c4 especially since he most likely has knowledge on MU due to village intel

Hashirama - no explanation needed

Tobirama - dodges all explosions with FTG, cuts his clay bird's wing off with Suidanha causing Deidara to fall to the ground, can sense the C4 nano bombs and dodge

Healthy alive Hiruzen (assuming he doesn't use C4 right off the bat) - raiton affinity neutralizes doton bombs, extendable Enma pole knocks Deidara straight off his bird

Minato - he throws a kunai into the air, teleports to it, throws it again, etc until he reaches Deidara in the air. He can do this with clones or multiple kunais too in order to negate Deidara's aerial advantage. C4 nano bombs are sensed and dodged

Danzo - Bombs are useless and a waste of clay before izanagi, Baku can suck in Deidara while Danzo tears him apart with a fuuton, or he can respawn right behind Deidara on his clay bird

Gaara (if location is a desert and not above his home village) - Having fought Deidara before he will not fall for the same trick twice and he won't have to worry about protecting his village, which is the reason Deidara won the first time. It was a high diff fight already, Deidara already lost an arm...

Mu - Deidara can't locate him, sneak jinton from behind gg or he goes invisible and stabs him with a sword. or he splits himself into two bodies and makes one go invisible, then lets Deidara kill the visible one, tricking Deidara into thinking he's won, then Deidara gets an invisible sword through the face.

3rd and 4th Raikage - they outlast him, plain and simple. They are both way too fast for Deidara's bombs to land a hit and the 3rd Raikage would just tank his attacks anyway. C4 won't work because the lightning shield covers their whole body, including their nose and mouth and would nullify the Doton-based bombs before they enter his lungs

2nd Mizukage - Deidara can't locate the Mizukage, sniping with water bullets and Joki boy just do him dirty. C4 can be countered by his water body (not completely sure on this on)
