Deidara could beat almost all the current kages

Simple. What could they do against C4? They have no sharingan to see them, no sensor abilities to be able to detect them, so i don't see what they could do.
Only one i see surviving that is Raikage since he has lightning affinity and is always covered with Raiton armor, so it could be useless.

Since Deidara is a long range fighter, and Tsunade, Mei and Raikage have shown no long range attacks(or at least not long enough to be a great deal for Deidara), they would have difficulties to fight him. Only Gaara and Onoki could fight him in this configuration.

But Onoki is the only one who has attacks fast/strong enough to finish Deidara quickly even before he lands his attacks. Gaara eventhough he can keep up, i don't see what he could do against C4 also. Don't say he will detect it with his sand, since he has no knowledge about what is coming and C4 bombs are really too small to be detected that easily. At that time, Gaara would most likely be dead.

Like i've said, Raikage could survive C4, but what could he do if Deidara decided in the contrary to create an explosiv C3 clone, or even create a C3 he used against Gaara when he wanted to destroy the village? It's too huge that even with his speed, he couldn't escape

So Onoki has great chances to win Deidara, but besides him, i think Deidara could beat the current Kages 1vs1

"you might as well have Sage Mode, Edo Tensei and Madara's Meteor Technique... but if your opponent does not let you perform it, it's worthless." I do have to agree with you on most fronts.

But.. if A really has become like his father. Then none of the bombs would work. Because the one that explodes on a molecular level would have to touch him, and since he flows lightning chakra through himself, it wouldn't work, and like i said if A is like the third, all the other ones that just go "boom" won't hurt him.

Onoki wins. Cause well they fought before, and Onoki was about to win that.

I am really intrested to see garra v. diedara 2. The first fight was kinda close, and garra has only gotten stronger since then.. but still.. diedara probably takes that one too

Gaara could do it if he encircles himself with his sepcial defece super strong sand (what ever its called) which we saw in the Gaara vs Deidara fight wasnt effected by the bombs.
So if he faught from inside the sphere he could win. Just sayin.

It depends, if hes already up in the air they couldnt stop him, he also has hiding like a mole. I think he could prepare c4 or c3 in time to beat mei/tsunade

Pretty much, Deidara is simply a bad matchup for Tsunade. That match is over once Deidara goes airborne and the nuking begins. Gaara still gets jail-raped by C4 if he's not careful, although the outcome of that duel is less clear cut.

@Bogard, you really should specify what the starting distance between the two shinobi is, because it's actually very important in deciding the outcome of said matchups, and could potentially be what swings the match in any one of the Kage's favour.
