Actually you implied it by saying he countered c4 so how would c3 be a problem. Deidara won't let Tobirama clones run about as they please some guided c2 missiles destroy the clones. Kakashi ration covered Kunai gets evaded since Deidara can Guide his c2 missiles.

Tobirama would blow Deidara up with GKF before he sets up C3 or C4 so that wouldnt even matter, or tobirama would also be capable of marking deidara before he goes airborne, as once that happens he dies,

With intel Tobirama just creates a clone which Kakashi Kamui's to the other dimension and when Obito goes intangible he gets attacked by tobirama's clone. Deidara just gets sniped right once the fight starts.

If kakashi can't kamui snipe him, & if tobirama has no prepared seals, then I see no reason why deidara can't kamikaze.

& If kakashi & tobi use kamui to try to escape then obito [who will already be inside his dimension] can simply warp them back out, seeing as he needs no contact to do it in there.

If Kakashi sends a clone to the other dimension, then Obito is severely handicapped in the real world. No more kamui for Obito, otherwise he'll get lightning blade stabbed.

(This is scenario 2 by the way).

Tobirama will overwhelm Obito in CQC anyway, and Since this is war arc Kakashi, he'll have no problem sniping Deidara this time (since his aim has improved since the last time he faced Deidara).
