This time thrust your hand forwards and release a torrent of snakes from your sleeve, these snakes are able to grasp or attack while attached to you. Any ideas on how they could be used?

As he is in the motion of bringing back his right arm he immediately thrusts it out to the side of his body, aiming toward the ground while channeling chakra causing snakes to extend from his arm with one of their mouths latching onto a rock pulling it back to his hand.
This is going to come in handy for hand to hand combat. Haha

Channeling chakra into and through both of his arms, before thrusting them outward opposite from each other. Focusing on calling forth a larger bundle of snake to emerge from both his extended arms and toward other students on the training grounds. The snakes would wrap themselves around the students torso, before biting onto their shoulder latching themself onto them. Belmod retracting the snakes back into his arms, causing the students to be pulled toward him. While the snakes disappeared, Belmods hands would be seen holding each student by the back of their neck, before releasing them.

Now summon any snake of your choice and direct it to shed its skin, this way snakes are able to repair damage they take to a degree. They may also be able to use the skin as a distraction in some situations.
Belmod nods, raising his right hand to his face, placing his thumb just beneath his sharpest tooth, pressing against it while biting down, piercing his skin enough to draw blood filling his mouth with the taste of iron. retracing his hand back down as he begins crouching, placing the his right hand as the blood dripped toward his palm, down against the surface of the ground, suddenly a cloud of smoke appeared revealing the 100 meter tall Manda. Belmod places his middle finger against his bleeding them, making a quick snapping sound Shed. While Manda grunted, he would abide lowering his head and slithering forward as his skin would appear as if its cracking at first before revealing Manda breaking from it with strands of what looks like slime that connects the two shortly. With Manda fully out of his old skin, he disperses, leaving the casing of his old self behind. Belmod looks toward his sensei and asks Want a jacket? Make some new snake skin ninja slides? Then replying to the question previously asked by his sensei Sadly, I dont have fuuinjutsu. sighing It'll be my next achievement.
(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Manda) - Summoning Technique: Manda

Description: Manda is a gigantic, 100 meter long snake who serves as the "leader" of all snakes. Fierce and aggressive, Manda is a shrewd warrior. To summon Manda, the user takes a big gamble, as he can easily turn on its summoner if he so deems it. Not only that, but the sacrifice and the amount of chakra needed damages the user, making summoning Manda a forbidden act. Manda has some unique abilities. Extremely fast and strong, his tail acts as a sharp mace that he can fling at the enemies with ease, speed and tremendous power (capable of overcoming even A-Rank defenses). Manda is also capable of using his chakra for 2 unique techniques: he can borrow underground (even if its affected by up to A-Rank techniques), tunneling through the earth at enormous speed or shed his skin, using a sort of substitution technique, where he trades places with his shed skin. While underground, Manda can sense the vibrations through the earth and pinpoint the location of his enemy. While completely immune to techniques A-Rank and below, Manda can take one S-Rank attack and survive by shedding his skins afterwards, although this can only be done once.

Description: Snake summons have the ability to shed their skin in a manner of body replacement technique which is used for the replacement technique while the snake hides underground. During the battle with gamabunta and katsuyu, Manda used this technique to evade from toad oil flame bomb; the skin was deceiving however it had a transparent opacity, which in between attack wasn't noticeable.

Since you do not have fuuinjutsu we will skip a technique that requires it and move onto the next. Summon a small snake and use your chakra to transform it into a clone of yourself, you can then direct the clone to act as you wish.
Belmod nods and raises his hands looking back and forth between his battered, biten and bloody thumbs T _ T Deciding to slam his left hand upon the earth surface summoning his dual headed cold blooded snake friend, which is about the same height as Belmod. The both heads of the snake look at each other before forming into an exact replica of Belmod, then being instructed to sit down on a near by tree stump as Belmod sets down a chess set he had hidden within in his tool bag and places it on a small stone pillar. Then turning his attention toward his sensei to ask a question You got Winner?

Description: The user summons a double-headed, snake to attack his enemies. The snake is not big but is very fast and dangerous. Its bite carries a B-Rank physical damage and its body is small and slippery. Its mass is somewhat larger than the user but not by much.

(Hebi Kage Bushin) Snake Clone Technique

Description: A jutsu develop for spying and gathering information which involves the user summoning a small snake from his sleeve. The user will then have the snake transform into a pure reflection of themselves. The user is able to know exactly what the clone is doing. The clone is only able to use basic snake ninjutsu and taijutsu up to B rank. The clone is linked to the user and is controlled at a distance through mental commands, unlike normal clones which can act independent from the user.
Note: Counts towards the users clone limit.

Summon snakes from your sleeve similar to Shadow snake hands, direct the snakes to wrap around a target and lift them into the air while attacking them.
Belmod clenches his right fist thinking about that piece of bacon that dropped out his BLT earlier because two fellow students bumped into him, both who are right across from him at this very moment. Belmod thrusts his right hand forward toward the two students who are arm wrestling at a picnic table, from Belmod arm comes forth a slew of snakes extending from out his skin. The snakes wrap and constrict themselves around both targets, making it hard for them to breath as Belmod lifts them from the ground and slams them back down against the ground, continuously until both students fall into a deep sleep.
