There is absolutely no evidence that a catastrophic eruption will happen anytime soon. The valcano activity in YellowStone park stayed constant for over 30 years since earth scientists started to monitor volcano activity in Yellowstone. It's been estimated that an eruption is no were possible in the next 20,000 years also no scientific evidence indicates such a lava flow will occur soon.

The Mayan calendar never took into account leap days, the world should have ended about 7 months ago if this was the case.

I don't believe it, it's just another scare tactic used to make people purchase extra food, water, etc. Y2K number two.

First; It was based on a religion founded before Jesus thought; How can I troll billions of people by saying I'm like Horus and Kryshna..?

Second; Because it was miscalculated, and ends somewhere in 2014-17, but people chose to deny that fact, otherwise the movie wouldn't make any sense anymore.
