[Debate] Who Is The Best Rinnegan User?

My own view is infact and always will be the sage but in the present day naruto who is the best nagato uzumaki

3 Reasons?

1. NAGATO uzumaki and senju bloodline helped him use the rinnegan but mainly his uzumaki bloodline showing the sage clan

2. Nagato had manipulated not 1 or 2 but 6 Dead corpses in which he used all 6 paths though them and had viewed his own sight,voice, & mind

3. Nagato had easily manhandle 2 Tailed beast hosts and almost killed them including showing a new rinnegan technique

I have been saying this lately my self .. The power of all the rennigan user is different.
we can see nagato using chibaku tensi to with hold kyubi but hardly able to do it , where as sage was able to put jubi off ..!! Its safe to say that rennigan user power level varies and to arrange it I guess

SOT6P is just an side thought but the present character which we have seen in action with the Rinnegan are very few and the best of them by far who has used Rinnegan is Nagato due to his Uzumaki blood line and the intense chakra which is gifted in every uzumaki helps him tame the Rinnegan very well.

and as for Obito we haven't seen him use his Rinnegan U_U
and Madara is exceeding in expectations but still we haven't seen the best of him using it. SOT6P is the best user since he is known for his eyes so it makes the obvious.

Madara used nothing so he is weak......but I heard he used pretra path
