[Debate] Who Is The Best Rinnegan User?

Ya' shouldn't include the Sage, naturally he will be the best with it. But Nagato is the best with the rinnegan. He has shown the best mastery and the most techniques with it.

I voted for Nagato, he has simply done more with it than anybody else with rinnegan. The whole point of rinnegan to me is that you are supposed to be able to use all techniques and the only person close to that is Nagato, and even he doesn't use that many elemental attacks.

Had to vote rikudou, nobody surpasses his rinnegan mastery, but yes nagato is overall better, but its not because he's had it for longer. Obito's outer path is actually steted to be better than nagato's. I think the combination of rinnegan + uzumaki DNA allows for nagato to have more control (more chakra), while obito/madara have stronger abilities but less mastery.
