Indeed, you correct, but you are taking Kakashi's word out of context. The poison was removed first then, he completely healed. Poison must be extracted from the body inorder to heal/regnerate properly. If not, you will just have the poison inside your system, while you regenerating.
Real life example: This happen to me when I was in 6th grade. I played with my pencil, accidentally stabbed myself with led, and got lead poison. Never went to the doctor to clean it out. Till this day I can see the lead underneath my skin.

So even when Bee attempts to shield himself and gather strength to wipe them away, the bones can come out of no where and start piercing him from below. With all those piercing it will stop him from twisting and turning. Bee not having knowledge will not plan ahead.
There no limit to how much Jirobo can absorb, since he always complain about eating more chakra. But wants again, Hachibi transformation is an effective counter, making Doro Domu ineffective.

We still haven't got enough clarifications on Samehada's background and what the beast is made of. It may have a tongue and teeth however, the creature is a blade and the fact its a blade shows its nothing but a tool which lives on chakra.This is proven that Samhehada grows on size as well as feeds on chakra. -Bee's target here is to finish off Kabuto. Bee charges a TBB.
-Kabuto can use Manda II to pretend he is being shielded by Manda II (But hides inside Manda's noes).
-Bee targets the shielded "Kabuto", to think he is safe from the blast regardless. As long as the summoner is finish, the summoning will deactivate (Which will be going through Bee's mind).
If you premise is to blast the floor away instead of going after the summoner, considering how fast Manda II will be traveling to Bee, Bee will get hit by his own radius of the jutsu, according to you. Thus, Bee will be the person who needs to recover and is vulnerable to Kabuto next strike.
Thats a lot of scenarios for him to do, especially when Manda II is attempting to strike unpredictably. Unfortunately, Manda II size makes it hard for Bee to hold on to, considering how large the summoning it compare to Buijuu's. It also has limbs and is being controlled by Kabuto's orders on what to do. But instead of me making scenarios of Manda II taking this, my focus here is that both Manda II and Gyuuki will be struggling against each other, fending back and forth. We should at least conclude that there will be struggle of both Gyuuki and Manda II fending each other off.
So will the ink clones be on the ground or sitting around Gyuuki? Because in this scenario of Gyuuki fending off Manda II, Kabuto will be on top coming to down to strike, with the points I made previously.
