Ragamuffin points to Task Force member Howard. The man in the blue cloak drags Howard out into the street where all of the citizens have gathered. Howard is put on his knees and begins sobbing. The crowd all cheer, "ROKU!!! ROKU!!! ROKU!!!!" Roku snaps his fingers and Howard bursts into flames. He writhers in pain screaming only for a moment before he stops moving. Roku holds up his hand and the flames disappear. Next to the body a black notebook sits....
