The other members, were so relieved they fell asleep that evening easily. But, they knew they still had research to finish in the morning. The Death Note had to be examined completely.

The next morning the remaining task force members wake up feeling much better, knowing Kira had been killed and things could go back to normal. They all started arriving in the main room, working on their research. After an hour Near asked where Orang-Hokage was. Someone said he had probably overslept, but Near wanted to be sure. The members went to his room and found him naked on the ground, with a plastic bag wrapped around his head. They all froze. What did this mean? Was there another Kira as Near had expected? Or was orange-hokage the victim of his own self-arousal? No it had to be Kira. Near was sure. They removed the bag from his head and watched in horror as orange-hokage transformed into a Shinigami!
