Watari intervened and subtracted a vote from Genyumaru so Cobra dies.

Lets just go and take a look at the list of players who voted for Cobra, and who voted for Genryuumaru... the latter most likely being the primary choice of Team Kira due to having a lot of votes against him.

Not really the chaos is being fed by Genyūmaru and to a lesser extent Hell, which is kinda different from the general suspicious nature of DN. It reminds me of my first DN game where I was lynched for suspecting someone (funnily Hell) I think Genyūmaru is just being hyperactive
